Strategii de social media gresite/inexistente
AdAge.com face un review al celor mai cunoscute cazuri in care social media a avut un cuvant de spus vizavi de modul cum merg lucrurile in companii private. Si a avut un cuvant greu de spus, luand in considerare atat numarul de persoane implicate cat si cifrele din dreptul pierderilor inregistrate de companii pentru a repara greselile.
Un detaliu interesant il reprezinta si modul in care companiile au decis sa repare erorile: cele mai bune metode sunt cele care implica 100% deschidere catre useri (presedinti de companie cerand scuze public pe YouTube, etc). Enjoy!
